There shall be two categories of membership: (1) Members; and (2) Associate Members.  Members of the Section shall be those members that meet the following criteria: (1) licensed to practice law in the State of Colorado; and (2) membership in the El Paso County Bar Association for the current year; and (3) have paid Section annual dues for the current year. Associate Members of the Section shall be those members that do not meet the requirements of Members of the Section but have paid Section annual dues for the current year.

Associate Members of the Section shall be entitled to attend all meetings of the Section and shall receive all Section materials and benefits available to Section Members.  Associate Members shall be entitled to serve on special committees of the Section and to fully participate in such committee meetings and activities; provided however, that such Associate Members shall have no voting privileges nor serve as an officer of the Section.
